Great to hear things are going well for you :-) I presume you mean liver flushes? It's not normally recommended to do flushes on this protocol (by Cutler anyway) and I've only done one myself, before I started chelating. I've been wondering about doing some more alongside chelation so your post is interesting to me. It's good you've been able to increase your dose. I'm only on 12.5mg of ALA and want to increase.
