Hi

I have been suffering with utis, continuously for the last 2 years, due to a bladder distension after doctors forgot to insert a catheter post child birth and epidural and due to a build up of scar tissue caused by using a catheter to empty my bladder for a period of 4 months post bladder distension. The bladder is resilient it regenerates every 90 days as does the urethra, my bladder is now o.k but I still get urethritis, I have a feeling Sugar may be the culprit since it can cause bacteria to cling to your insides. I have tried eliminating various foods with little success and would be eternally grateful if you could send the above mentioned PDF to me, and if you could tell me which remedy has worked the best for you and which food triggerred your infections the most. In the last 2 years the greatest period without infection for me has been 1 month. This was due to a course I did called the Journey which works on releasing any negative emotions and memories stored in the body. I had a miraculous recovery during the 2 days I attended this course and in the following 1 month, but got another infection just after I had my next period. I am determined to get better and would like to have another baby, many thanks for sharing your experience with us
