Sorry to ask so many simple questions so quickly....

I did a search on overdosing and got really mixed opinions on it. Nothing really difinitive. I've heard it's nearly impossible, and I've heard the opposite.

I'm taking a 60 mg loading dose (only for a few days so far...) spread out throughout the day. 1 pill of 5mg Iodine/10 mg Potassium Iodide every 4 hours or so.

Just wondering what the thoughts are on overdosing. I'm obviously experiencing some strong detox symptoms (bloating, thirst, metallic breath) but I can live with them for a while.

I only plan to do the 60 mg per day for a few months, and then go down to one pill a day.

Thoughts?
