Hi Bunty,

The knee is better, now the sinus is acting up, if it isn't one thing it is another. Has the msm done any good? I ran out yesterday, have to get that tomorrow. I am still doing the C thing, I picked up ascorbic acid with biflavaniods by mistake, but that seems to be working just as good or better. The black specks and grains are still leaving, or still around. The chemtrails have been thick all week, so it is no wonder my sinuses are in such a bad way. All in all I think I am going to beat this thing. I've been putting a bit of coconut oil or olive oil in my hair and that seems to stop the static and help the color. I think the B vitimins and the biotin stopped my hair from falling out along with the msm. Soaking it ozonated water helps it as well. Here's a site with ozone info

Still waiting for the tomatos to get ripe, had some mustard greens I grew. Taste like spinach. That about all for now.
