Thank you Trapper. Well it gives me hope that you once had the cold body syndrome as well but have since recovered. I am doing a lot of other stuff besides the Iodine and hopefully all of it together will eventually relieve me of this syndrome too. I agree activity is key. Fatigue is a problem for me also, but if I push myself to do more, it does seem to help.

Pb3046, I actually just ordered some D-ribose the other day to see if it could help me!
It makes me feel even better about the decision to order it since you just mentioned it.
