I have been doing a liver and Colon Cleanse in hopes my cravings for wine would decrease. It hasn't i don't knwo if I am struggling with low will power or maybe i need to be doing something different. I work-out, eat sensibly, watch my weight. My doctor has put me on lexapro for anxiety. But i still find myself reaching for the wine for a glass or two a night. The problem isn't the two glasses, its that i don't want to drink everynight, but i can't stop. Any suggestions??
