I went through transient periods of severe cold, in Miami, in the middle of summer, and could not stand to have the air on. But it was not a constant thing; it would come and go. I imagined when it came that heavy metals were being detoxed from my body, and I said, "Hallelujah! Thank you God," and went on. As sick as I was the year before, a little cold was not going to deter me from my path.

I now have been on high Iodine since April, more than seven months. Now I sweat too much! Women, they just can't be satisfied, huh?
