Trapper, I am chronically cold, and have been so ever since I can remember. I think I remember you saying you had trouble with being cold before you started on iodine. I have been on iodine--at least eight drops for almost six months now. For the past two I have been on 16 drops. My husband and I just moved from Florida to Tennessee, so I'm sure this has some to do with the fact that I feel colder than ever. But the temperature gage on our house reads 80 degrees, and I'm still freezing. I sit in a sauna an hour a day, and when I get out, I still feel cold. Do you think I might be going through a transient stage with the Iodine making me colder? Did it take a while for you to feel warmer after starting on iodine? Anyone else experiencing this?
