thanks so much for posting this, I still haven't found out if it's ok to drink while breastfeeding, the only person (supplier) I wrote to had a faulty email address.

did you read the Michael H thread about his girlfriend on kidney dialysis, who cannot drink much liquid? i was wondering if banaba tea would be safe for her, if there are experts they can consult with, as her case it would be very important to tread carefully.

since it is good to lower blood sugar, it would have two benefits for my mother.
finding it here in ireland is impossible, not sure why.. so i'll look into the online sources. sometimes customs doesn't let my purchases through, they don't even notify me that they've confiscated anything... these are all theories but too many packages of supplements have gone missing! the country doesn't even allow stevia to be sold, so there's every chance that banaba tea is outlawed, but hopefully not!
