I've been there, too. Just wondering what you're doing for depression...my doctor recommends 5-htp and/or l-tryptophan for natural seratonin. He says that anti-depressants are synthetic and end up being an addiction in that one needs more and more to feel the same effects. Not so with natural seratonin. Good luck.
