I am not a good example either, went up in a few weeks time to 15 next day 2x 15, then 3x 15 and got sick. Have taken 2 days off to recuperate.
Will go back to-day and spread may be 5 drops at a time out over the day. Just wanted to test how it would work. Now I know :).
