Just a suggestion. You may want to try using a little Celtic Sea Salt instead of regular salt ( if you use salt now ). Since its unprocessed, its ugly, but it has the balance of minerals from the sea.

Don't worry, your mineral balance will get better when you get the mercury out, or whatever is messing up your system.

I still have to take minerals myself, as I think years of having the fillings slowly drained my body of minerals.
