I don't ACTIVATE it with prune juice - for that I make a 10% solution out of fresh squeezed lemons.

Lemon juice should be full strength for activator. This isn't a race or boxing competition, if your getting sick cut back 1 or 2 drops. The best thing I have found is to mix it with a green powder drink mix without vitamin c or other additives. Kills the chlorine taste.
