I don't know what to say really. I have had about 3 or 4 psychotic attacks in the last 4 years. I think an indicator is that I used to get really bad nightmares and wake with a cold sweat in the middle of the night. Since the self-exorcism process I no longer get these unique nightmares and I know that I will never suffer from a psychotic attack again. The book is worth buying. I could just publish the 5 step process I suppose but I think it helps to have the entire book as a backdrop to the process. I can't really suggest anything more really, than buy the book. It has rave reviews on Amazon. Good Luck.
