I have pets and I have children. I spent most of my Thanksgiving going to get little Beej from Clemson and taking him back. When he was here we were helping my son inlaw put in a wood stove. That's very healthy heat you know. A water kettle on it to make some steam. :-)

Of course I never let my goat or my chickens in the house. Ha Ha

I am thinking of getting another dog though. I had a Golden Retriver many years ago.
Her name was Precious, believe it or not.

I lived in upstate NY back then. She stayed outside year round. I would bring her in when it was really cold and she would want to go back out when she got too hot.
