hi there......
i have just started this program, on the advice of my doctor. (im A neg) i bought the book that explains it per blood type, and would be happy to share the info. email me and ill set out the basic info for your type. it took me awhile to get the money to buy the book, and understand others' situations financially, and would be glad to share.
