I don't have night blindness, but I notice that I have a definite improvement in my vision after taking my 1-2 drops each day. I am also on 5 off 2. This is my 4th week. The first week I did only 3 days at 1 drop. Then 4 at 1, now 5 and 2 drops. It is like I don't have to squint to see the tiny print on the computer. So less eye strain and less headaches...:-)))
