I can't help you as I'm brand new to this forum but I was wondering - how did you get your mineral levels checked? Hair analysis, urine analysis? Did you need to get a doctor to order the test(s) for you?

thanks. Hope you feel better soon. Don't give up. That's why I keep telling myself when I get really down about how sick I am. :-)
