many thanks dr. issac for your recommendation! my daughter is a college student and doesn't want to be on any diet for now. she says she is too busy. meanwhile i'll be borrowing the book from the local library and see if i can convince her to follow it. i will buy the book as soon as she is ready for it--hopefully soon.
i truly appreciate your professional advise.
