Hello Everyone,

I started taking Lugol's 5% Iodine just before it became illegal to buy more than an ounce at a time. Prior to that, for a month or so, I was using detoxified iodine.

Since reading that those who had been on the cleansing routines the longest are able to increase their Iodine intake the quickest, I decided I would go slow. I have only been taking a drop or two of Lugol's 5 out of 7 days as I am a newbie to the cleansing routines. (Before long I hope to be able to do even more for myself than I have already.)

The reason I began taking Iodine was in order to get off hypothyroid medication, which I have. :)

After noticing that my eyes were not as sensitive to sunlight as they used to be, I began to wonder if possibly the night blindness that kept me from driving at night had also resolved.

I am happy to report that it has! Also, my overall eyesight has improved too! I even have to take my glasses off to see something up close now.

So, I am perhaps a testament to low, slow and steady can also yield amazing improvements.

Though, I know, had I been on the cleansing and health protocols longer, I would have gone the bromide detox route. I still plan to, but that may be awhile off yet. Have to get my liver happy first.

Just thought that this report might be an encouragement to those new to the natural route of healing.
