I think chlorella is a fine adjunct to ALA as a chelator. Safer than dmsa. Chlorella is found in numerous whole food supplements ie SUPERFOOD (SCHULTZE). Premier Labs makes an excellent one specifically for detoxing metals. Also, if you start consuming fish when you are 'normal', be sure and eat chlorella along with it. Stay away from chilean sea bass, however.....Disclaimer:) Im not a physician.
