Thank you for your genuine reply. It reflects your knowledge you have on the matter.

I want to add some more on my experience. I used muscle testing to figure out why the Acne has flared up. Well it doesn't come from the food/eating habits itself, just from my indecision about a personal matter. So my Acne is just a reflection of my own indecision that I let it drag for too long before I made my decision.
As well I did the same for my belly on my abdomen and it told me that I have an unusually high amount of frustration bottled up.

I have no problem with my diet cause I can transform any food into spiritual food with my mere power of tought.
