I don't see how would you get infected while running unless you run in a highly polluted and filthy sorrounding. Where is the question of infection arise?

I can understand that if you are boxing and someone punches your mouth and probably the infection from your opponents boxing glove enters your mouth. Apart from that i don't think running would cause any infection. I'm sorry but its sound really naive!!
