Were you just putting the stabilized oxygen drops directly in your green drink mix without activating it? How many drops were you using per liter of water? Also I noticed in a previous post you mentioned adding lemon to your drink. How much lemon? I am hoping for a way to take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement low dose for a long time to have similar results as a high dose regimen over a shorter time. I just can't suffer detox symptoms anymore........

Would it make sense to use 1 tsp. worth of Vitalerb capsules per liter if one wanted that mix of greens?
