I totally agree with you on (all of it) the coffee. I cut it out beginning of this year, NO caffeine. It took me awhile, as I drank coffee and coke. I cut down gradually over a couple of months time so I wouldn't get the headaches. I don't miss the coke...it tastes like chemicals to me now, but the coffee....like you said damn it is soooooo good!!!! (had some this morning, decaf, as a treat)
