what do you recommend for natural lip balms? all i use is vaseline and blistex, and i completely agree that they are bad, but i don't know what else to use! I am allergic to essential oils in cosmetics so i'm always hesitant to try new products, but i definitely need to find something all natural. any recommendations are appreciated :) thanks. oh, and also- to rid yourself of candida is absolutely ridiculous! or at least it seems that way. i've been reading about what kind of diet you should have and all the info i found say to stay away from basically everything but vegetables and meat. maybe its harder for me because i live at college, but i'm starving trying to stick to that diet.
