the first time i went for the colonic i felt calmer. then i just started going weekly, since i am so constipated. they don't give good flora enema after that.
do you think it's to much?


i was told i was low on D's, so that's why I started taking them. no good?

the multi i take has 400 mg of magnesium, then i take the 250 mg of magnesium.
.

the huggins center did tell me i'm a bit low on sodium and have low cholestrol.

the huggins center had me on a laundry list of things:
potassium, eaters digest, manganese,power mix,x-it,vitamin C,magnesium,transmix.

i felt awful when i took it. all horrid symtoms came back. it's as though i took 3 steps backwards in my health.
