I think it has something to do with the chinese i ching.
8 is a really lucky number with the chinese and represents prosperity, fortune and confidence.
And 4 is meant to be unlucky for some reason.
And the colors red and gold too.
Are you familiar with the i ching philosphy?
I wonder what jesus favourite color was?
