I have been following your protocol now for many months with great success. I am a Candida sufferer.

The alkalising drink has made this single biggest difference to me and I have started to feel great again. However recently I have started to feel anxiety again and have been trying to pinpoint what it could be. The only thing I can think of is that i have started to run alot.

I have been searching this forum for the detox bath protocol to see if this helps. I did try these a while ago my they made me unwell so I left it.
