My rapid heartbeat has started again. I wish I didn't start something new and then go back to the old, I feel as though I really messed things up again.
Maybe I can post my hair analysis on the forum and you guys can tell me what you think.
I do take 250 mg of magnesium a day and still have the nervousness, muscle twitches and rapid heart rate. It's real hard to be a mom thru all this too.
Reading thru Andy's book is very interesting and great. I guess it really doesn't tell me what "I" should do. Maybe it's just me not understanding it all, I don't know. I will go over it several more times.
All I know is that I'm not ready to detox, I just couldn't handle it. Or I just need to go so slow that it doesn't make matters worse.
