It's normal for symptoms to come and go so you have to be a bit of a detective in working out what makes you feel better or worse.

It's very natural to feel scared esp if you've been very ill and have mercury toxicity. Fear/nervousness can also be related to magnesium deficiency which your previous posts strongly suggest.

Which bits of Andy's book are you finding difficult to understand?

How are you feeling back on your original supplements?
