Hi, i checked the list of food suitable for blood type A. The list indicated that we should avoid cabbage and cayenne pepper. Some of the cleanses makes use of cayenne pepper, so does that mean we cannot make exceptions?

also, i've been eating lots of cabbages until i saw the list. i'm not really sure whether i should continue or stop eating them.
