First off I wanna start by saying Ive had Exfoliative Chlevitis for a few years now. Skin used to peel off my lips every single day of the week, nowadays it only happens maybe once a week at most. Anyways Im just going to list a bunch of information that Ive learned about EC (Exfoliative Chlevitis).

I am personally convinced that EC is caused by serious imbalances in the body. Going to western medical doctors or dermatologists is useless.. save your time and money. EC seems to be due to a confused immune system (this is one of the most logical theories that I have heared of). Your immune system thinks yor lips are still damaged even tho it has already grow a new layer of skin. That is why we all keep growing never-ending layers of skin.

One of the users on this forum posted "candida yeast overgrowth" is the sole cause of EC. Candida definatly plays its part and almost everyone has this overgrowth wreeking havok in their body due to anti-biotics drugs. Anti-biotics are also found in dairy products in certain parts of the world. Type "candida overgrowth saliva test" into any good search engine and take the test. Chances are you will be shown to have candida.. you will have to look into eliminating this to increase your chances of beating EC along with any other sickness you are suffering from.

Ok... moving on, you should make sure your body is properly eliminating toxins. The main way your body handles this task is through your feces and urine. If you not producing 2-3 large solid bowel movements a day your body is not eliminating as it should. Your urine should always be a clear stream and never look orange except the early morning pee. A wise man said "death and sickness starts in the colon". Over 90% of people who are sick, even if its a small cold are not properly eliminating toxins. Look into a high quality colon cleansing program (dr. natura Colon Cleanse is a good one) or go get an enima if your feeling brave :O

I feel very strange saying that Exfoliative Chlevitis is almost a blessing to me, even tho it has put me through hell. Due to this illness I have learned so much about health in general, the ineffectiveness of western medicine, and how even small health problems are not actually small when you look at the big picture of your overall health.

Oh yeah, Im sure your wondering why I still have EC and other health problems.. because Im broke damn it >< haha, it wont be cheap to reverse your case of Exfoliative Chlevitis but if you got $ to spend in your wellbeing these are SOME of the steps to take...

-Eat organic and kosher as much as possible to reduce toxin intake

-NO TAP WATER, tap water is poison.. contains flouride and chlorine which are highly poisonous toxins! Drink filtered water or if you are rolling in cash buy a water alkalizer. Make sure to drink lots of pure water, drink tap water only as a last resort.

-No commercial balms, moisturizers.. if you have to moisturize get the most pure natural product you can find. NO VALSELINE, NO CHAPSTICK NO CRAP FROM THE DRUGSTORE

-Go see a doctor that is not a legal drugdealer

-Detox your body

-Reduce stress as much as possible

-ALways research everything you read before beleiving it (including this post!)

I am clearing not posting this for any personal gain, Im simply trying to help people who are suffering through the same thing as I am. Honestly Im going to try to keep updating this thread and responding to questions and comments. Looking at other threads Im getting sick of seeing the same old crap, people seem to just want there quick fix expecting to find a miracle lotion that will cure them overnight.

I beleive the cure will only come with good communication.
