I felt better immediately. After the first round of 25 mg DMSA, the tremors and muscle contractions left, and I was able to express better myself verbally, which I had difficulty with since grade school (You could imagine how popular I was in school, lol!). Alot of bad thoughts left me, and I became much more social and less shy and fearful.

So far I have done 17 rounds, the last two of which were with 3 mg ALA.
Make sure you start lower than you think you should.
