I agree the holidays may not be the best time for the MC. I am on day 6 of my first cleanse (day 2 was thanksgiving)and feel watching other people enjoy food and company is really difficult while you are trying to focus on fasting. I actually thought I must be the only one doing this as the forum has been so quiet but I was able to read previous posts and find support from people on whichever day I was on.
I actually am on here tonight because I'm searching for posts encouraging me to give up on day 6 even though I know I should continue on the whole ten days. It's not even that I'm so hungry anymore I'm just feeling good and want to go out and be around others which usually involves eating or at least ingesting something besides lemonade. I'm also out of syrup again! I know I have more detoxing to do maybe I should see how I feel in the morning before I make a decision I might regret.
