When I do a round, I feel highly energetic, smart, and alive as opposed to my usual bad fatigue. I imagine that must be what it feels like to be normal. The first day of a round, I get very ambitious, work on projects, clean the house and do hard work outs. I've been told that I must be sulfur deficient, and the DMSA supplies it. But I don't get the same reaction from sulfur foods, so there must be more to it. And if I do it too often, or extend the round too long, the good effects decrease and I get too much yeast. I have found that every 5 or 6 weeks is ideal for me.
