hmm interesting story ...

Some questions:

- atm I am wearing a lumbar support belt to give pressure to the area (Seems to help with some of the discomfort) do you think I would be better off with a specific hernia truss? as compared to wearing a lumbar belt that wraps around the front?

- I work a physical job and I noticed that my hernia starts to feel better and then I go to work or do something and then I start to hurt alot again. Probably getting worse. How much time did you take off from work? Do any exercises or any other suggestions?

hmmm not sure what I think about all the cold hot packs etc ... the food thing ya possibly. I should probably eat more veggies
