Hi Newport,
the comment in the article from Mike Adams regarding a plant-based diet is exactly that........a plant-BASED diet.
My understanding is, that DOESN'T mean an exclusive plant diet which excludes ALL meat. I am sure he meant the latter.
However, there are many advocates of an exclusive plant-based diet including Dr Joel Fuhrman and some Natural Hygienists, of which I am one: so I go against the grain within NH circles.
I for one do not eat red meat (such as Dangerous Bacon) as I believe that white organically-reared meat is a healthier option.
Everyone to their own I suppose.
