HI Mike,

Thank you I think you are right here. I have started to listen to what my body,spirit is telling me and I think I am taking to much for the heavy metal.
I am calling my DR and "telling" him how I feel and suggest to him I lower my doses or try the ALA(what is this?)
I have so much metal in my mouth(13 large fillings) was born without a second set so I took care of the ones I have. I am not sure if this is a win lose situation or what.
I am wondering if I need lymph node help to get this out of me. My lymph nodes are inlarged especially the one in my neck. Are you taking any lymph node flush help?
