I've noticed that alot of you use grapefruit. I've read in a few places recently that there is something in grapefruit that interfers with the detox pathways in the liver.
Anyone else heard about this?

I'm afraid i can't remember exactly where i saw this info.

I think George Best was told not to eat grapefruit after his liver transplant before he died.
