Hi, well they are related and Andy says that mercury is *the* cause of candida. I don't know whether that's true but I'm no expert in either!

Either way, focus on sticking to an anti-candida diet, taking magnesium, essential fats and zinc, vit C etc which should help some of your symptoms anyway.

As I said in my previous post a hair analysis would be useful for you if you haven't had one done already.
