hi, i haven't started with ala yet. i've not been feeling well since last summer when i got the last of my 9 Amalgams out. i am fragile now, but want to chelate very slowly. do you think i should start off with the 10 mg's? anyone had any bad reactions to ala? my main symtoms are anxiety, nervousness, tremors & muscle twitchings. it was alot worse, but as time is going by, it gives me a break once in a while.
