I am really confused about bananas. In dadamo's lists its an avoid, but for example in this list http://herbtime.com/InformationPages/blood_type_o.htm#fruit apears as beneficial, and in other romanian link is neutral. and here //www.curezone.org/ER4YT/fruit.asp is N/B
Also in dadamo's site they give recipies for 0's that include bananas. Arent these enough to believe that it was a mistake to classify it as "avoid'?
