that sounds like a good recipe although I wonder why almond oil? Are you using the asafoetida? That stuff stinks!
And, no, I don't know how much to take. I've just seen it referred to as being VERY good for the skin. I would probably put it in capsules.
Not to complicate things(well, I guess yes, to complicate things), have you heard of triphala?
