The holidays are one reason a lot of people do not fast at this time. There are so many temptations. Also, another very real reason seasoned fasters do not fast during this time of year is the cold winter. A lot of people get uncomfortably cold as their metabolism slows down and that makes fasting even more difficult. Still, good luck on your cleanse.
