Hey rooth!

Yes, It is the Season for eating! At my house not only do we have the Holidays, we have several Birthdays!

I was going to start another Master-Cleanse for December but with everything going on I've decided to wait until after Christmas.

I think that starting the end of the year or the beginning of the New Year would be an excellent time!
