I wouldn't go by that. Just stick to a very low dose to start with regardless of your weight eg 10-15mg. Though perhaps in general larger people would be able to tolerate larger doses, it depends on how toxic you are and other factors eg your tolerance to the DMSA. I started on 25mg and it was still too much (though it could have been a reaction to the DMSA), yet if I'd have gone by weight, I would have taken 30mg as I'm about 130lbs.
