I've added cinnamon to the blend, upped the amount of flax seed oil (make sure you get a good one - that must be refrigerated from an organic source) and added agave nectar (a natural sweetner - looks like honey, but much, much lower glycemic - find it at a health food store in the same section as honey) to it. It makes something that tastes like a cinnamon cheesecake dessert.

Not only will it help with your breast cancer, it will also normalize blood Sugar and other conditions.
