For dry skin after showering, I've found Avaneeo bath wash or Dove for sensitive skin to be very helpful, along with tub soaking with Aveeno colloidal oatmeal baths. L'Occitane 100 percent shea butter is also a great lip balm. It's natural and provides great protection. Applying moisturizers after showering also helps.
