I don't think I've ever seen this forum so quiet - I'm guessing since it's the season for eating, not that many people will be doing an Master-Cleanse right now. Is anyone starting one? I'm starting tomorrow - I plan to do it for most of December. My husband is away so there won't be festive eating from family - just at work probably but that's year round and a habit I need to break!

I'm hoping to do 21 days - my max so far is 14.
